Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOS AI SaaS ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who We Are

SOS AI SaaS is a digital platform for real estate CRM, lead/visitor management, listing management, AI assistance, and automation tools for agents/associates and buyers.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement under Indian law. You agree that information you submit is accurate and up to date.

Account Access (Phone OTP)

Login and access may be provided using phone-based OTP. You are responsible for maintaining control of your phone number and any device used to access the Platform.

User Roles & Responsibilities

• Agent/Associate: Responsible for listing accuracy, visitor handling, and lawful conduct.
• Buyer: Responsible for providing genuine requirements and lawful communication.
• Admin: Platform governance and verification processes.

Listings, Data & Content Accuracy

You agree not to upload false, misleading, illegal, or fraudulent information. The Platform may flag/limit access for suspicious activity.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Post fake listings, forged documents, misleading pricing, or impersonate others
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, abuse, or reverse engineering
• Upload malware, harmful content, or violate any law/regulation
• Misuse WhatsApp/SMS/communication for spam

KYC & Verification

KYC upload and verification (manual and/or AI-assisted) may be required to enable certain features. Approval is at Platform's discretion, based on policies and risk checks.

Payments, Plans & Add-ons

Some features may be paid. Payments are processed via Razorpay or other payment partners. Pricing, taxes, and plan benefits are shown at checkout or pricing screens.

Service Availability

We try to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party issues may cause downtime.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms such as Firebase/Google, WhatsApp (Meta), OpenAI, Razorpay. Their terms also apply.

Intellectual Property

Platform UI, branding, code, and content templates remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Deal outcomes, property disputes, or user-to-user conflicts
• Loss due to inaccurate listings uploaded by users
• Indirect or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days for the Service.

Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud suspicion, or legal compliance reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (or nearest competent jurisdiction).
