Cancellation and refund rules for subscriptions and add-ons.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of subscription/add-ons:

  • from dashboard (if available), or
  • by contacting support with payment details.

Cancellation will stop future renewals where applicable.

Refund Policy

Because this is a digital SaaS service, refunds are generally not provided once the service/add-on is activated and access is granted.

Refunds may be considered only for:

  • duplicate payment charged for same order
  • payment successful but service not activated due to technical failure
  • wrong amount debited due to system error (rare)

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email support with:

  • registered phone number
  • Razorpay payment ID / order ID
  • brief issue description

Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on payment method and banking timelines.

Chargebacks / Disputes

If you raise a dispute/chargeback, we may temporarily suspend access until investigation is completed.
