  • Agent profile data: RERA ID, experience, company, specialization
  • KYC documents: Aadhaar/ID proofs, address proof, RERA documents (if uploaded)
  • Listings data: property details, price, location, images, brochure uploads
  • Visitor/lead data: visitor name, phone, requirements, notes, source
  • Usage logs: basic technical logs for debugging and security

How We Use Your Data

We use data to:

  • Provide login, account management, and role access
  • Run CRM workflows (visitors, buyers, projects)
  • Enable verification (manual/AI-assisted)
  • Provide AI features (description generation, lead qualification, fraud risk checks)
  • Provide support and improve Service quality
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

AI Processing (OpenAI)

If AI features are enabled, certain user-provided inputs may be processed by AI to generate responses. AI output is assistive and may be inaccurate. You should verify critical information before use.

WhatsApp / Communication

If WhatsApp features are enabled, phone numbers and message content may be sent to Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for message delivery as requested by you.

Payments (Razorpay)

Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your full card/banking details. Razorpay may collect and process payment information under their policy.

Storage & Security

Data may be stored using Firebase services (Firestore/Storage). We use access controls and security rules, but no system is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain data as long as required for service delivery, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion subject to legal and business requirements.

Your Rights

You may request:

  • correction of profile details
  • deletion (where legally possible)
  • export of your account data (where feasible)
